Hospitality Apartments is a complex of 46 apartment units, an office, and a community room.

Our apartment facility is a safe, clean place to call home during your time of need. There is on-going maintenance and refurbishing of the apartments as needed. Apartments are professionally cleaned between guests.

There are two apartment buildings, each with four floors of apartments. There are elevators and outdoor stairways that service both buildings. On each floor a walkway connects the east and west buildings.

Hospitality Apartments offers one-bedroom apartments with living area, fully-equipped kitchen area, bedroom with twin beds and walk-in closet, and bathroom with showers. Bed and bath linens are provided. The bathroom and all doorways in the apartment are wheelchair accessible. Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.

Guests are expected to clean their own apartment while living there or contract with our cleaning service.

Our apartment complex features several amenities to help our guests enjoy their stay.

  • Laundry

    There are two laundry rooms (one on the second floor and one on the third floor). Each laundry room contains four washing machines and four dryers which are available to guests to do their laundry, free of charge.

  • Community Building

    The community room is located in the one-story structure at the north end of the apartment buildings. It is available to guests for visiting, watching TV, working on a jigsaw puzzle, reading or borrowing a book, and attending bingo nights and fellowship dinners. Also located in the building are the office, DVD/puzzles/games library, restrooms, loaner closet, and kitchen.

  • Parking

    There is a parking lot on the north side of the apartments in front of the community room and main entrance to the apartments. There is another parking lot on the south side of the property. Guests may park their car, with a visible parking pass, in either parking lot. Only one vehicle per apartment is allowed.

  • Patios

    Between the community room building and the apartment buildings there is a large patio area with tables and chairs and barbecue pits available for guests to use.

  • Dumpster

    Next to the elevators is a door leading to a garbage dumpster where guests take their bagged trash.
