Hospitality Apartments is a complex of 46 apartment units, an office, and a Community Room.

Our apartment facility is a safe, clean place to call home during your time of need. Each apartment is renovated every five years to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.

Overview

There are two apartment buildings, each with four floors of apartments. There are two large elevators and outdoor stairways that service both buildings.

All apartments in the east building are designated with an E in front of the apartment number; all the apartments in the west building are similarly designated with a W in front of the apartment number. A walkway connects the east and west buildings on each floor.

Inside an Apartment

Each one bedroom apartment has a full bathroom, living room, and kitchen area with a table. Each apartment has its own air conditioning and heating. All floors in the apartment are vinyl (no carpets).

• Sleeping

  The bedroom has two twin beds, a chest of drawers and a night stand.

  

  

• Bathroom

  The bathroom has a full bath and shower with additional grab bars for added safety.

  

• Kitchen

  The kitchen has a 4 burner oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen is supplied with utensils, dishes, pans, skillets, and silverware. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. There is a table and four chairs for eating.

  

• Living Room

  The living area has a sofa, one recliner, TV (satellite), and a DVD player. There is also a small built- in desk with a light above it.

  

• Storage

  A large closet in the bedroom has plenty of room for clothes and storage.

  

• Linens and Towels

  The apartment is stocked with linens, towels and wash cloths.

  

• Internet / Wi-Fi

  Hospitality Apartments has a Wi-Fi system available to all guests and caregivers in their apartments and the Community Room.

• Cleaning

  Guests are expected to clean their own apartment while living there or contract with our maid service.

Amenities

Our apartment community features several amenities to help our guests enjoy their stay.

• Laundry

  There are two laundry rooms (one on the second floor and one on the third floor); each laundry room contains four washing machines and four dryers and is available to guests to do their laundry free of charge.

  

• Community Room

  The Community Room is a one story structure at the north end of the apartments which include the Hospitality Apartments Volunteer Office and a kitchen area used to support special events in the Community Room.

  

• Parking

  There is a parking lot on the north side of the apartments in front of the Community Room and main entrance to the apartments. There is another parking lot on the south side or other end of the property. Guests can park their car in either parking lot with parking passes on them. Only one vehicle per apartment is allowed.

  

  

• Patios

  Between the Community Room and apartment buildings there is a large patio area with tables and chairs and barbecue pits available for guests to use as desired.

  

• Waste

  Next to the elevators is a door leading to a garbage dumpster where guests take their trash in plastic bags.
